I picked Webster for this transport after reading the ratings on Transportreviews, specifically after seeing that they took the time to respond to any issues raised in the reviews.

Their bid was one of the most competitive received, and their turnaround time was exceptional - despite my pulling forward the requested delivery date by a couple of weeks, they still accepted the date, and had the car picked-up and delivered within a few days of the booking being made. Couldn't really ask for more than that.

The driver was courteous and efficient.

The requirement for PayPal to be used for the deposit (rather than Visa etc.) was the only problem I experienced, but otherwise the move was trouble-free.

I am grateful for the comments. We will try to make to deposit process easier in the future. Some computers have a issues with the paypal. I think they are aware and trying to fix. Thanks again. Wayne
