We needed to transport my aging mother-in law's vehicle part way across country and Webster provided me a cost for the transport of the car shortly after I requested it online. I received many quotes and I felt theirs was best priced and most reliable.
I gave Webster the go-ahead on a Friday and by Monday they had a trucker lined up. He picked up the car right on time outside of Pittsburgh on Tuesday and it was scheduled to be here in Denver on Friday.
However the driver ran into a large blizzard coming across Missouri and Kansas and he delivered the vehicle first-thing Saturday morning. I had emailed the trucker's office and they advised me that the snow was going result in a delay but I thought getting it here Sat. a.m. was darn good given the weather! The car needed washed up as it was an open truck bed but again this was a big storm and I didn't mind a bit. I was happy that the car and the trucker arrived out here safely and in good shape.
The communication between me, Webster and the trucker was excellent. I placed several calls and spoke directly to both parties as needed. Emails were returned promptly and with appropriate response info. This was the first time we needed this type of service and it really was much easier than I ever thought it could be! I recommend Webster without hesitation.
