I m sorry he is upset, but we tried to pickup his vehicle multiple times prior and timing schedules with the customer caused issues for pickup. As far as having a backup plan, I recommend that for everything when it comes to moving. That would mean if you have to leave, check to see if there is someone that we may pick up from. I know the transportation of cars is not a perfect science and we are working on making it better. Thanks and God Bless.
