They use the "God Bless" and "We are a family owed business...yada, yada, yada..." to get your guard down. They take their fee off the top and they forget about you. THey promise prompt service and you sit and sit as they hit you up for more money. DO NOT GIVE ANY ONE OF THESE GUYS A DIME until you CAR IS PICKED UP! After several weeks, I had to cancel and they did send me back half my deposit. Still $50 for a couple of emails is good work if you can get it.

This is a case that the customer asked to have done at lower price and was told that we can not state how long it will take for pickup. Cust told us multiple time not in hurry. Then decided they did not need to move the car.
