This was the first time using an auto transport company. I had no idea how they worked. I got all the informatin i needed over the phone, asked a lot of questions and Jannah was patient and very helpful. My situation was a bit complicated since my daughter would not be in LA until the 20th and needed the car on the 21st. The driver picked up early, actually met me 5 minutes from my house and said he would hold the car on his lot in LA and deliver to my daughter the morning of the 21st........ perfect ! And that is exactly what happened. She had her car at 11 am that morning and was rolling down the streets of LA. Everything intact, they even allowed us to put items in the trunk so her flight out there was less a few pieces of luggage and saved us a bit of money. The onlything i wish i had done differently was to book the transfer a month in advance and that would have saved me some money instead of waiting until the last minute, and having to pay an extra fee to "guarantee" that delivery date. I did not want my daughter in LA with out a car and no way to get to her new job ! Overall good experience and they delivered !!! ;-)
