I had a mixed experience with Weber.
The price was the best of the quotes I received, and they were very helpful in getting things set up. Unfortunately, it took 23 business days (32 actual days) to pick up the car. ( I got it 6 days after the pick up was made.) This was difficult as no one ever told me this might be the timeframe. I was told 1-7 days and then "any day" after that. While I realize that they did not know a specific date either, a heads up that it could take a while might have lowered my expectations and made things a little less stressful. I did call in often to check progress, speaking with 3 different individuals several times each over the course of the transaction and was promised a number of callbacks the next day (for updates) of which few were made. Otherwise I had to keep calling them. They were very available though when I called in.
On the positive side, everyone was more than polite and friendly, willing to talk and discuss the situation. I was pleased to hear the measures that were being taken to try to get the car picked up. I think Weber did work hard at the end to make a pick up happen.
