There was a bit of confusion about delivery dates, indication a lack of communication between your office and the driver. The driver seemed fairly fast and efficient, but he appeared to be misinformed in two areas. 1) the cost upon delivery, 2) scheduling pick up and delivery. I got the feeling that I was dealing with two separate companies, the driver and Weber. Other than that, Weber seemed polite enough and earnest.
