I will never use this company again. I was told that no money would come off my credit card until the day of transport. It was charged on my credit card a week before! I was told I would be called with the time of transport the day before. After numerous calls throughout the day before, I finally learned at 7:30 the night before of the window of approx transport pick up. The driver didn’t speak English so I wasn’t able to sleep in my RV where the driver was parked for the night. I had to rest until I was too cold at a rest area and then continue driving until too tired and continued driving and resting a little ALL night, reaching NY at 3 am! I am too old to drive that distance with my dog all night! Horrible confusion dealing with this company!! I would never recommend dealing with them!!
