Well from start to finish was seamlessly easy. It started on uship with brokers they were all nice but could not meet our expectations or deadlines. Once we found we will transport it (Carlo) it was the best experience we have ever had. Thru 5 states in winter with weather. Yup from start to finish initially signing up to scheduling the truck was effortless on our part. Carlo took over from talking with the dealer and ourselves and navigated all for us. He found a way to get all on the same page and gave us all direction and we all needed that. Dennis Amundson God bless
