On 4/11/13 I scheduled my car to be picked up on 4/24/13. The day they were supposed to pick up my car, I got a call telling me that I would need to drive my car to Houston and it would be $500.00 more than the original price. Houston was 2-1/2 hours away. It was more upsetting that I had to pay extra money and drive to a destination to get this done. They could have told me that they are unable to move my car before the 24th and I could have made other arraignments. Unfortunately I had to leave my car at a relatives house until I can comeback for it at a later time.
