Debbie at Way To Go was thorough and honest with us about the service. I called her twice to inquire about status of pickup and each time she was understanding of my concerns and reassured me that all would be fine. Sure enough, after ending my second call, within an hour, Debbie called me to advise me that we had a confirmation. The car was picked up on the specified date and arrived as scheduled.
