Ms. Straub we regret that your vehicle was damaged by Dusk Till Dawn Transport which is the actual Transporter that transported your vehicle and damaged your vehicle, not Viking Auto Transport. And we have provided you with support in how to go about filing a claim for damages. We had numerous conversations with a Mr. Steven Whitely which was the person that took delivery of you car on your behalf and explained to him what he needed to do. We provided Mr Whitely with the Certificate of Insurance for Dusk Till Dawn and gave specific instructions what he needed to do to get you car fixed. Perhaps you are not aware of this conversation that we had with Mr. Whitely, the fact that you are posting this review just confirms that you are not aware of the support that we have provided, so your comments that the agent has not stepped up is not even close to being the truth. We have and we will continue to help you in filing your claim with Dusk Till Dawn Transporters, but you have not made any effort to follow the instructions that we have provided Mr. Whitely or have you returned our calls so we can help you get you car fixed, instead you choose to post this very negative review, after we have tried to help you with this matter.
