Dear Joe we do regret that it took longer than usual to pick up your vehicle. But we never told you that we would be picking up your car within 24hrs. We did have a driver assigned to pick up your car but every time that we would call to set up a pick up time, know one was available at the pick up address to turn over the car to the driver. Even though we worked diligently to find you a driver which we did, you decided to make other arrangements.
So you did cancel your agreement with us, and you are fully aware that your deposit has been refunded to you in full even though in the service agreement that you signed we were not obligated to do so since we did have a driver ready and willing to pick up your vehicle…. Richard H.
