Our car was picked up within the two day window we were initially given. The transport driver was courteous and patient with us. He examined the car with us noting all details on the car and explained to us the approximate delivery date. The car was delivered promtely on the promised date in excellent condition. We were contacted when he was near the area. I thought the communications between all parties, the initial contact person, Tony, the dispatcher, Mohamid and our driver to be very professional and very reassuring. This was the first time we have had to transport an automobile cross country and we would definitely use Viking again and refer them to all of our friends. Thank you for a great experience.
