Deposit Refund

When I contact Mr Tony Dees about taking my car from California to Tn He was nice, respectable but after I put my deposit down and try to get info from him he couldn't fine anything on file, so I asked for my deposit back and he sent an email saying that he was sorry that we could not do business and my deposit would be refunded in 48 to 72 hrs well a week and a half went by still no refund I then emailed him to let him know that I have not received it yet another email from him saying 24 hrs that went by so I reminded him that my son-in-law is a Chief United States Marshall and I would send the email to him and his att, the next day I called Mr Tony Dees and he was rude,and very unprofessional and said he didn,t care about the U.S. Marshall and that I needed to let the bank do the transaction that it take time ,, It took three hrs to take it out of my account and now it's taking a week and a half and still no money. I am going to report this company to the B.B.B. Tony needs to get some training

First of all Ms. Allen I do want to apologize to you if Tony was rude and unprofessional. But you kept calling into this office repeatedly and threatening us regarding your deposit that has already been refunded to you in full. Viking Auto Transport has an excellent reputation with our Merchant Bank and we would not jeopardize our good standing with our bank for your deposit or anyone else’s deposit. And regarding the comment about the US Marshall. You completely misunderstood what Tony was trying to tell you before you hung up on him. He was trying to tell you that we welcome any calls from the US Marshall or any Government official since Viking is not breaking any laws. Again Ms Allen I do want to apologize again if you felt that Tony was unprofessional or rude. But do me a favor in the future you don’t have to threaten people over $130. Again I emphasize that your deposit has been refunded to you in full, and I regret that Viking was not able to pick up your vehicle on a timely manner….Richard H.
