First of all Ms. Allen I do want to apologize to you if Tony was rude and unprofessional. But you kept calling into this office repeatedly and threatening us regarding your deposit that has already been refunded to you in full. Viking Auto Transport has an excellent reputation with our Merchant Bank and we would not jeopardize our good standing with our bank for your deposit or anyone else’s deposit. And regarding the comment about the US Marshall. You completely misunderstood what Tony was trying to tell you before you hung up on him. He was trying to tell you that we welcome any calls from the US Marshall or any Government official since Viking is not breaking any laws.
Again Ms Allen I do want to apologize again if you felt that Tony was unprofessional or rude. But do me a favor in the future you don’t have to threaten people over $130. Again I emphasize that your deposit has been refunded to you in full, and I regret that Viking was not able to pick up your vehicle on a timely manner….Richard H.
