Julia was my initial contact as she took the order. She was very friendly and informative about everything that was to happen. She made several follow-up calls to make sure I was happy with how things were going. Jerry was the truck driver who also was very knowledgeable about his craft and surprisingly quite personable as well. Especially good on the pick-up end with the seller. I would highly recommend this caring and conscientious family business, they really know what they are doing. By the way, they had the best price too!
