This business is totally a scam. If you reading my post after u book your service with this company, it is too late for you. You should cancel your credit card and call ur State consumer protection to report this Auto Viking business, especially the guy name Tony.
I ordered to ship my car from PA to CA. They charge me $130 deposit and said give them 4 days to get a hauler from the day of the contact. Since then, they never picked the phone as they know my number. Emailed them, "they said if you want you can cancel the contract but we don know when to have a hauler for now. But please note your deposit is non refundable." I cancel then contract with them and talked to my sister, who also an attorney , who helps me to file the case with California consumer protection and Florida Transportation department. Will soon we will take Tony to court.
Interesting enough, 3 weeks later, they charged my credit card again for $130. Now we evidence for court work. Tony, we will bring you down.

As for future customers, stay away from this Auto Viking business, it is a Flaw
