I used this car service to transport my 2002 Dodge Status from NC to VA. The driver picked the car up on time, and was supposed to deliver it the next day, but something came up. We found out no one would be home to complete the payment, or accept the key, so we called the transport company and they rescheduled a drop-off date, for no extra charge. When they dropped the car of, it didn't start, but the driver offered to help with repair costs, and even called later on that evening to check on the car and it's status. I would use this service again.
