Dear Tony and Aaron,

On behalf of my daughter, Kate, and our entire family, I want to write
a quick note thanking you both, as well as our driver from Premier,
for what was a 100% perfect business experience from our initial
contact with Viking, through the arrangements process and right
through to delivery of her car in Arizona. I really cannot say enough
good things about the way every person with whom we had contact was
not only professional, but friendly, helpful and anticipatory of our
needs throughout. Moreover, everyone extended themselves with prompt
responses to questions, quick confirmations of our concerns and timely
updates of pick up and delivery issues as they occurred. I hope and
would be very surprised if Viking Auto Transport did not remain a
leader in the industry for many many years.

Please feel free to use this as a letter of reference. Although I did
not mention price, it was also extremely fair with no "hidden" fees or
unreasonable add ons.
