The service was good but initially I wanted more communication on the status of our car. It took a long time to find a driver since the pick up place was a small town in the mountains of Idaho. Drivers want to pick up cars near main highways and freeways! I can understand that. I had to pay extra from the original quote in order to get a driver willing to go off the beaten path. We were'nt in a rush and it did take a long time, but once a driver was found it all fell into place quickly.
