Spoke to Adam on 5/29/15 and he stated, " I would like to resolved this problem. What can I do?" I told him that I want my deposit back. Adam responds, "I will refund your deposit in full if you take down your reviews?" And so I said yes and he said "I will send you and email" well where's the email, Adam? Where's my refund? Is this another one of your lies?

This customer is being completely ridiculous and unreasonable at this point. We had found her 3 different drivers in which she declined each one. Attached is from our internal notes on her order.
