Our Customer Service Representative was Bruce Thompson and he's exceptional. Our transport needs were challenging because of how far our locations are from any major cities. That didn't matter, Bruce didn't give up. He went above and beyond to negotiate transport, delivery to our desired destination and even negotiated to get us the best price. We will definitely look to Bruce for assistance again in the future.
