MY MERCEDES WAS PICKED UP 1 DAY EARLY WHICH WAS GREAT. TRANSPORT TRUCK HAD A MECHANICAL PROBLEM ON THE WAY. THESE THINGS HAPPEN. UNLIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS MY CAR CAME OUT OF THE CARRIER PERFECT. A 2012 MERCEDES WHICH THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH. THEY ALWAYS KEPT IN TOUCH AND ALWAYS ANSWERED ALL PHONE CALLS. JOHN WAS VERY HELP FULL WITH ALL MY QUESTIONS BECAUSE I AM A PEST! L.O.L. ALL HIGH END CARS ON THIS TRUCK. HE WAS TRANSPORTING A MILLION DOLLARS IN CARS. WOULD DO BUSINESS AGAIN. DO NOT BE AFRAID OF DAMAGES VERY CARE FULL..
