Like most I went through a broker to get my vehicle transported. It was only after the broker selected a transport company / driver that I came across these reviews and got a little concerned.

The car got picked up on the scheduled day but it was late in the day (approx 8:30pm) due to some difficulties with road closures and such. At the time it seemed the driver was a bit disorganized but that could be easily explained by having a rough and very long day.

The car was scheduled to arrive 7 days later but it took 9. That period included the Labor Day weekend and that caused some issues as the driver was to drop off cars at a dealer but it was closed.

When the car arrived the driver was very courteous and professional. The driver arrived at night and, due to many stories of drivers dropping damaged vehicles off at night, was asked to drive to a well lit area a couple blocks away. He had no problem doing that. The car was well secured and there was no damage at all. Using the enclosed carrier, the car was also pretty clean.

The driver's name was Valdy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
