DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ALL the reviews are 100% right! Vip Auto transport is one of the most dishonest, rudest, unproffessional companies i have ever worked with. They never answer the phone or return messages. IF you ask a question about your invoice, they give you rediculous answers and threaten to charge you more, and keep your car in a shipping terminal. Ben is the Vice president who reels you in with specials and immediate openings, I asked him if my total charge included the gas surcharge. He said it did. I had to find out from the truck driver that i owed an extra $70 on top of the invoice amount. After are initial conversation I could never get him on the phone. The last time i called I was put through to a guy named Jerry, probably the rudest, unproffessional person I have ever met. I was just trying to politely get answers about the extra charges, and he started getting loud threatening to charge more, and keep my car in a terminal. Worst company I have ever used. Wish I had seen this review before I shipped with them. Even if they are your only option to ship DO Not use these guys. Check out the Better Business Bureau to see their views of this company!
