Under Promised and Over Delivered
On two separate occasions my nephew and his wife had cars shipped from Orlando, FL to Los Angeles, CA, so I sought their evaluation of the auto transport services of the company they used - Upscale in Miami.
They highly recommended Upscale, stating that they had encountered no negative issues.
My personal research also showed many other favorable recommendations from satisfied customers.
Deciding upon Upscale, I contacted the company and had the pleasure of speaking with Kristina. She thoroughly explained the transport process in a professional, assuring and pleasant manner. She stated that shipping my vehicle to Los Angeles would take approximately 7 days.
My car was picked up as promised. Yosniel was the driver and he knew his job well. As I watched his every movement, he loaded up my car expertly and meticulously. He was professional, efficient and friendly.
Before driving away, he assured me that delivery would be completed in
4-5 days.
To my delight, the car arrived in 5 days, in excellent condition. I was impressed! You see, this was a 21st birthday gift for our grandson in college and he was extremely anxious to get it.
For anyone needing their vehicle transported safely and worry free, I highly recommend using Upscale.
