Bad help, will not respond after signing contract.

On 3-14-19 I signed a contract with Upscale Auto Transport to have my car transported from Potsdam, NY, to Presque Isle, Mi. for a price of $475.00. I was assured by Tania Dior there were 2 auto transport trucks a week for that area. I paid the down payment of $79.95 and expected to hear from Tania Dior with a pickup time and the truck drivers name and phone number. On 4-3-19 I sent this email: Tania, please send me a text with proof of contract cancellation with a full refund ($79.95 charged to Visa 3/23/19) for my records. Lack of communication and a pickup date was never issued by you. This is the reason for this cancellation. I sent several texts to Tania Dior and she would not respond. I did get a refund of $75.00, ($4.95 short of the total down payment). If I had to do this again, I would deal directly with the transporter and NOT a transport broker, and if someone on the other end of the phone answers and says, "this is Tania Dior, how may I help you" HANG UP.
