FIrst of all I will never use this company again, smooth talkers no action. I ended up picking up vehicle myself after about a week+ of the run around. Remember these people are just brokers, someone sitting behind a desk collecting their cut from drivers doing the work. Whatever their vetting process is for drivers, well lets just say it's not working. P.S. save your documentation, they will wait a while then try and hide your review by saying you were never a customer....
