Tania was very helpful and knowledgeable, and everything was arranged quickly. They were very accommodating to my schedule, and it was easy to arrange a time for pickup (and delivery). I appreciated how flexible they were about pickup details. The only concern I had about the transport was that my battery died on the trip. I was called by the driver about this (he needed to drive my car off the truck to unload one in front of it). This surprised me, because the battery was strong when picked up. I suspect the driver or I accidentally flipped the headlight switch (easy to do) when putting the cover on the car (a convertible). The driver was very nice, and impressed me as being very responsible, so I do not hold this against him, since it would be easy to do, and I am not sure it was he who did it. Other than the worry about the dead battery, I was very happy with the driver and with Tania. I'd definitely use them again.
