I recently moved my car from California to Florida with Upscale transport and could have given them 5 stars but because of their carrier mistakes I am not able to do so.
Everything went fine from placing the order till receiving my car, they also helped me with last minute change of pickup date. There was some miscommunication regarding payment which they refunded me later on. Just had below unfavorable experiences,
1) I had couple of folding chairs placed in the trunk and they were not there when I received my car, driver misplaced them and simply told he don't know anything about it.
2) I had quarter tank fuel in the car at the time of shipping but when I received there was barely any fuel for me to reach nearest gas station only.
3) It seemed like my car was used in between as I found couple of crushed soda cans near back seat of the car, also there was one half eaten chocolate.
Upscale employees are good but they need to choose right carrier for transport.
