From the get go, Tania responded to my quote request in a very professional and friendly manner. She made me feel very comfortable and I had no hesitations whatsoever in assigning my transportation needs to Upscale. My and my sons communication with the driver was the best his estimated picked up and drop time were perfect. I definitely do highly recommend Upscale and would use them should a need arise.
