The only reason the original pickup day was delayed was because my car quit running 2 days prior to the original pickup date. I called Upscale Autotransport and informed them my car was no longer running. Upscale Autotransport called the driver and unfortunately the driver couldn't accommodate a nonrunning vehicle. I got my car running again it was too late because the driver already filled up the spot on his truck...so the delayed pickup was my fault. Regardless, Jaya worked hard to meet my original timeline after the driver canceled. Jaya constantly kept me updated, she made me feel as if I was her only customer. She was very professional, friendly and determined to get my car shipped on or as close to my original pickup date. Overall my experience with Upscale Autotransport was positive and I would recommend them to my friends and family and I will use them again if I ever need my vehicles shipped. My vehicle arrived in the same condition (mint) it was picked up in.
