Overall the job at hand was completed. Picked up a car and delivered with zero issues there. Communication however needs help. Steve has called me more about leaving this review then he did for the job. I got an estimate and was told 10 days prior I’ll get a call to confirm. Around 6-7 days nothing. So I call. Told I will get a call back. Nothing, I call again. This happens over the next few days where I told Steve I’m about to contract someone else. Even when the car was picked up I never got a call when it was going to delivered. I had to call again, and again!
