UDT came to my rescue and they were simply amazing! My husband is a travel nurse and he had an upcoming assignment in Arkansas for 3 months. We decide it would be cheaper to ship his car there then to rent a car or use Uber. We selected a transport company about 2 weeks prior to his first day on the job, but that transport company was deceitful and tried changing the amount and terms of the agreement, so we cancelled. We went with another transport company and they never showed up, so we cancelled. My husband was now in Arkansas with no car, all rentals were gone because of spring break, and now he was limited to using Uber.
I scoured the internet looking for a reliable transport company for days and that's when UDT contacted me. They were very up front about their services - they mentioned that their price was guaranteed and wouldn't change - like most other transporters do. They came back the next day (Friday) and had already secured a carrier to pickup the car on Saturday and an estimated delivery date on Monday... and I'm very pleased to say that's exactly what happened. An enclosed trailer came right to my door and picked up the car Saturday afternoon and it was delivered to Arkansas on Monday afternoon. No gimmicks, no extortion of additional funds, no surprises.
