Very good experience and communication from UDT and it’s Rep Brad Johnson. Even though the estimated pick up date was not conducted on the date given...a simple phone call and follow up text to Brad was addressed and returned within 24/hrs and a satisfactory explanation was given. The next day I was contacted with a confirmation pick up for that day and the driver was extremely professional. I would use them again.
