I contacted UDT on a Sunday and Anthony was immediately responsive. I was buying from with a dealership but the deal fell through. Anthony was communicative and understanding. Within a week I had another deal on another vehicle (in a different state of origination) and he was able to get the transport set up quickly and economically. We suffered through several delays and schedule changes caused by the dealership, but it didn't faze him. (Throw in the complication that this was all happening during the holiday weeks.) My vehicle was picked up by a driver that was professional and with great communication. My new car arrived fast and in perfect condition. I now have Anthony in my contacts as my go to for transport contracting.
