Do NOT hire these guys. Terrible service all around. Signed contract to have a car transported 2 weeks ahead. Started 2 days before the PROMISED pickup date to call/text/email - no reply until the evening before the pickup day. On the PROMISED day of pickup, I wait for hours, they call and say it's not happening that day. They tell me next day same time. I call/text/email 20x that and the next day to get confirmation, NOTHING. Then I get a call in the afternoon, they are still looking, promises to call me back within 2 hours, again NOTHING. They NEVER pick up the phone, ALL office numbers go directly to VM and they don't call you back. EMAIL never replied. But they were quick charging the deposit. NEVER EVER HIRE THEM, BAD SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION. If communication is SO BAD, can you imagine what they do to your car. Be smart, go someplace else!
