I feel that Tom was very hands-on over text messages and phone calls. I feel that there was great communication and received quick replies. Only disappointment which really wasn’t that bad due to the whole coronavirus outbreak was that it was picked up a day later and I received the car six days rather than the three days and went up $50 that I was originally told however for the most part all went smooth and I definitely would recommend this company and I would use it again in future times. I’m glad it was picked and dropped right off to my home
