UTS said they could ship my car for $575. It was the cheapest because Jai agreed with me that he will ask a truck driver to give me consideration about personal belongings in the car. I agreed with paying the $225. I sent email to him several time to confirm our conversation about the personal things in the car and other important thing to transport it to NM. I waited for his reply for 3 weeks. But no written reply on the agreement. I finally decided to cancel their service and called Jai and sent him email for the cancelation. He told me that he will cancel it and give me refund. After the cancellation, I talked with other shipping companies. But Robert at UTS told me that I made double booking. I called my credit card company. They told me that even though a contact made by UTS says that I cannot dispute the fee, I can. We had a conference call with Robert at UTS, the credit card company and myself. Robert told us that he will give me refund. But I still do not get the refund one month later from the time when Robert told me that he will refund the fee. Never trust what they tell you.
