Paid my deposit of $225 on 10/03/13, was told car would be picked up within 10 days of the available date, which was 10/07/13. Here we are 16 days later, no returned calls, no car picked up, no returned emails, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I just called this morning to request my deposit be returned, as I found another carrier, I was told the company is out of business and all I can do is to work with my credit card company to reverse the charges. I used my debit card unfortunately, so this is not possible. I don't know how these people can just take advantage of so many people without any repercussions. They deserve to be in prison for fraud. Glad to hear they are out of business...(if that's even true)
