Do your research. Trust only the none paid reviews. This company booked my order to ship my vehicle on 2/28/2013. I did call and change it to March 6th or 7th. On the 7th we called the company wondering where the truck was. Universal gave us an excuse that the weather has delayed most trucks and that our pickup would be around 3/10/2013 plus or minus 2 days. On 3/10/2013 we started calling again, we could not get ahold of anyone. We left messages and never got a call back. We called over 80 times from 3/10/2013 to 3/22/2013. The last call was to accounting and I asked for my refund in full and the person told me the deposit was none refundable. Then told him that I would be placing a complaint with the BBB. He said have at it and hung up. After the last call I followed up with an email to universal demanding my full refund. I have also placed a complaint with USDOT. Don't believe their follow up post to this. I will not be able to respond. This site is funded by transportation companies.

Richard you changed you pickup dates several times. We had more than 3 drivers that wanted to pickup your vehicle on more than one occassion. It was very difficult to reach you and when we did you kept changing your pickup date. Then you end up cancelling and blaming us. Sir you still have a credit with us whenever you are serious about moving your vehicle. Thank you.
