Mark Latje is a reliable professional who is as accessible as a family friend. Before finding Mark, we had checked numerous companies and nearly signed with another transport service, but once American Auto Transport sent out the contract for signature, we were suddenly never able to reach them - via e-mail or phone. Mark Latje/U.S. Transport happened to respond to our request at that point. Mark is very professional, always accessible via phone and e-mail and stays in touch with his drivers. Our driver was delayed, and Mark was on it immediately. We will work with him again to ship our car back in August and would recommend him to anyone considering shipping a car across country.
