Had to ship my car from MN to FL. Had a very tight schedule. On pickup day, temp was 17 below zero, truck was frozen, could not load. Owner of company contacted me, said we'll pick up tomorrow. That day battery was frozen overnight and truck would not start. Still 13 below. Driver came and got the car keys at like 6pm, as we had flight out the next morning. He did get the car though, on the truck, 3 days down to FL, drove it right to my front door. Company owner kept in touch, driver called from down the road a bit, all went well. Car was dirty but otherwise just how I left it. Harrowing in the beginning, but turned out alright. NOT a scam company.
