I used United Routes to book my car shipment when moving to go to college in California. After the reservation was made, I was NEVER in contact with my representative, even after calling and leaving several messages. As I became more and more frustrated, I learned that the promises David had made (cargo allowed, the reasons for choosing the company) ended up being complete lies. I was told that sometimes "indirect language" is used to book car shipments, by definition, I call that LYING. I have never been so angry and frustrated by a company that call themselves "professional" and unless you would like to pull your hair out, and beat yourself up about being foolish enough to hire this company, STAY AWAY.
