My experiance with Mrs. Winn at United Road has been a pleasure. She is the no hassle freight contact. Her follow-up is outstanding from the time she receives the order to the time the units are delivered. I have used United Road though Conne many times. They pick up and drop off when she tells you and they have a no-hassel payment arrangment, which really makes it easy for weekend drop-off and on accounting. The one time the driver picked up a unit that wasn't correct Connie made it right quickly and moved on to the next load without missing a beat. Today I spoke with a dealer I sent a load of new vehicles to and when I asked him if everything was O.K. he said "there was a little damage on one unit but freight had already taken care of it no worries". Now thats how I like to hear about a problem, when its been solved. Hauling loads of vehicles across the country can be a killer if you don't have the right contact. You can count on Mrs. Winn to get things done fast and professionally.
