We dropped our car off in Linden, NJ for transport to Fort Myers, FL. using UNITED ROAD TRANSPORT. When we picked up the car in FL, we noticed immediately scratches on the front hood that we’re NOT there when we dropped the car off in Linden, NJ. We were given a new diagram by the driver acknowledging the new scratches. So we submitted a claim to United Road, along with the estimate to have it repaired. As in other customers claims, we were denied our claim and are still in the process of trying to get them to step up and take responsibility. Save yourself a lot of headaches and DO NOT USE UNITED ROAD to transport your vehicle.
