Vehicle pick up was completed promptly in the midst of a January snow storm that had hit the mid west US. Roads were snow and ice covered and the driver called to let me know that the weather had delayed progress. Got another call early the next morning and 30 minutes later the vehicle was delivered and looked great. A+ service and transport.
