I contacted United Road to transport my car purchased on Ebay from New York to Missouri. Three weeks later, the car had never been picked up. I contacted United Road on a weekly basis to check the status. Each time I was told "we never know how long it will take to find a driver". I think I was more than patient waiting three weeks for something that never happened. I canceled my order with United Road and contacted Express Auto Transport. The car was picked up by Express Auto within 24 hours of my order.
