We regret that our cusotmer was not satisfied with our claims process. The claim was denied after careful review of claim, photos, inspection and driver interview. The final inspection was signed by the receiving party clear and with no damage noted. Also, the vehicle was delivered on 9/10. The damages were not noted until 9/17. Based on these items, we are unable to hold the driver liable.
