                        We regret to hear that the customer was not happy with communication on his order.  The customer dropped his vehicle off at the terminal on 7/10.  The eta for delivery per the original reservation that the customer was given prior to booking was 7/28.  We delivered the vehicle 6 days earlier than the original eta on 7/22.  Customer service was in constant contact with the customer throughout the transaction.
